A few thoughts on the topic of impermanence.

After basic needs are met, little is gained from extrinsic or material value. Life is an experience, not something to be obtained. Often, it is through the process of appreciating the ever changing tides of life that provides intrinsic value, as opposed to the outcomes that we experience through it.

Change is inevitable. Flow with it, as though you are the rider of a kayak, floating down the long, winding river of life, taking great care to notice, appreciate, and learn from the evolving environments and landscapes, as they pass us by.
